George Kaplan

George Kaplan, a former Combs Enterprises executive assistant, testified after the court entered an immunity order. He described supporting Sean Combs at home, during travel, and at hotels; preparing hotel rooms with supplies including baby oil and Astroglide; returning to collect belongings and tidy rooms; and picking up drugs for Combs on two occasions.

Kaplan also gave an account of an airplane incident and described incidents that disturbed him, including a green-apple incident involving Gina. He said he reported the airplane and apple incidents to Kristina Khorram and later told her he was leaving because he was unwilling to stand by the behavior.

Defense cross-examination explored Kaplan's positive experience at Combs Enterprises, his continued respect for Combs, and the limits of what he personally observed. Kaplan said he did not see visible injuries after the airplane incident, did not see apples strike Gina, could not identify the source of screaming near the Miami house gate, and did not recall physical damage in hotel rooms. On redirect, the government elicited his explanation of why the events affected him and what he reported afterward.
