Kristina Khorram

Kristina Khorram was identified in testimony and exhibits as a Combs-affiliated executive whose work included coordinating staff and maintaining Combs's schedule. Brendan Paul testified that she supervised his work and directed some setup and cleanup tasks connected with hotel events involving Jane.

Several witnesses described communications with or reports to Khorram. George Kaplan testified that he told her about incidents he said he witnessed before leaving Combs's employment. Eddy Garcia testified that Khorram and Combs contacted him seeking InterContinental surveillance footage after the March 2016 incident. Jane testified that she contacted KK after an alleged threat involving recordings and asked that the phones containing them be put out of reach.

Khorram also appeared in disputes over communications evidence. The court allowed a text exhibit for Ventura's state of mind and its communication to Khorram; the defense preserved objections to admission and to the government's asserted co-conspirator theory. A later communications timeline included calls and messages involving Khorram, Combs, Ventura, and others during March 2016.
