On direct examination, Cerciello described a chronological chart covering selected dates, locations, names, travel, communications, videos, and financial records. He explained that the charts reflected the documents supplied to him and were not intended to include every event, transaction, message, or item of evidence from the periods shown. The court admitted several government chart exhibits, including Exhibits 1406, 1408, 1409, and 1407.

Defense cross-examination examined the limits of that review. Counsel compared the charts with other messages, travel records, photographs, videos, lease materials, and invoices, and Cerciello acknowledged that he had not reviewed certain defense exhibits while preparing the charts. He also said that the charts reflected the government exhibits he was asked to review, rather than every possible meeting or message.

On brief redirect, Cerciello testified that he did not see sexual, loving, or affectionate text messages between Jane and Combs in the records he reviewed.
