Jane

Jane gave several days of testimony about her relationship with Sean Combs, hotel nights involving male entertainers, and communications about travel, payments, drugs, and housing. On direct examination, she described arranging travel and payments for entertainers, carrying packages she later said contained ecstasy, and messages in which she said she felt obligated to participate in hotel nights because Combs paid for her housing. She also described later messages, notes, recordings, and her view that rent and housing were used as leverage.

Jane recounted a June 2024 confrontation in which she acknowledged pushing Combs's head into a counter, throwing items, and later punching him. She testified that Combs kicked open doors, choked, punched, kicked, dragged, and slapped her, and that he later directed her to take ecstasy, contact Antoine, and engage in oral sex while she concealed her injuries.

Defense cross-examination focused on her affectionate messages, continued contact with Combs, travel, gifts, financial support, drug use, hotel nights, and contacts with entertainers. Jane acknowledged some communications and planning activity but said she acted because she loved Combs, wanted to please him, and felt an unspoken expectation to comply. After cross-examination, she gave redirect and recross testimony on Day 26.
