Cassie's lawsuit was discussed with Bryana Bongolan, who testified that she spoke with Cassie before the filing and asked that her name not be included. Bongolan later said she contacted Cassie because the complaint inaccurately stated that an event occurred at a hotel and that Tiffany was present.
